Bridor Rustic Multigrain loaf

  1. Ingredients

    • 8 slices of Bridor Rustic multigrain loaf
    • 300g peeled raw pawns
    • 2 white of egg
    • 2 tbsps. roasted hazenut oil
    • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
    • vegetable oil for frying
    • 60g walnuts
    • 1 big bunch coriander
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tbsp. permesan
    • 1 green chili
    • olive, oil, salt
    • Red chicory


    Blitz the pawns in a food processor with the oil, seasoning and egg whites until smooth.

    Spread this evenly on the sliced Bridor Rustic multigrain loaf then shallow fry until golden on the both sides.

    Drain on a paper towel, trim and cut into bite size, serve warm with the pesto.

    – Pesto :

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and bliz adding enough oil until smooth.

    Serve as snack or starter.
